Sports Massage Book

Where can I find a Good Massage book that will do the job for my rugby playing Boyfriend?
This is a serious question. My Boyfriend plays Rugby 3 times a week and is always aching the following day. I am looking to find a good massage book the will work especially for the gruelling sport of Rugby.
If anybody knows where I can find one or find out how to get the proper Techniques I would be soooooo grateful.
thank you
I have played rugby for 5 years as a Prop which could arguably be the most contact part of the game, every player is going to have ahces and pains after rugby, maybe not straight after, but maybe after a couple of hours, or just the next day, I have ever since I first started playing rugby, perhaps just a nice shoulder massage into his upper body (laying on his front) could help, my girlfriend used to do it for me, HOWEVER, if he is in severe pain for days after a rugby training session or match, and i mean severe then it may be best to contact the club, most clubs will have a licensed Physiopherapist because of the effects rugby has on a human body. In my experience (after visiting Physiopherapists Numourous times) if it is upper body which if he is a ‘forward’ it would most likely be, he may find that the muscels leading from his shoulder up his neck, may be a little tighter than normal if this is the case, he should try some stretches on his neck say trying to get his ear as close to the corrosponding shoulder as much as he can and hold for 10 seconds try this perhaps 5 times a day and his neck muscels should loosen up. DISCLAIMER – I am not a qualified Physiopherapist nothing I suggest i am responsible for.
Oh and if you do visit a Physiotheropist, she or he will give you some nice massage tips.
Have fun and sorry for the spelling (I am abroad with a dogey keyboard)
