opening a bar in houston, looking good for unique decorating ideas….help me out stoners?

some bars put license plates up, sports photos, well not me! Looking for something cool

Good decorating in bars relies heavily on good lighting, you want it to be dark enough that it seems cozy and safe but bright enough for people to be able to see who they’re hitting on. I like bars with light fixtures that are decorative on their own. Beyond that I would suggest vintage booze ad posters and local artworkscenic photos. The furniture you choose has to match the decor as well, so it depends on if you’re going for a rustic antique style or super sleek modern or anything in between.

I went to a bar in Toronto that was decorated such that you felt like you were at a friend’s house, that was pretty cool.
