Apartment carpet make too much noise ?
Well yes the one making noise is me, but the carpet (floor) is really sensitive even a foot step will make allot of noise (which is actually the wood below the carpet).
I do sports and I have neighbour below my apartment. If I train (like martial art moves) on my apartment they will hear allot of noise, and ill get noise complains.
What can i put below to reduce the noise, any special mat?

Yes, sorry I did was not specific enough. Above the carpet not below.
Short of building a false floor supported by short posts it’s going to be almost impossible to stop the wood from making noise …..
