Do sports autographs with “inscriptions” worth more than regular autographs?

I’m an autograph collector, and I wanted to see if anyone knew if autographs with inscriptions (i.e. To Aaron) etc. worth more than just a regular autograph.

It has been my experience that personalized autographs are not worth as much. If your name is BIll are you as interested in an autograph that says “Good luck Steve”? Personally, I would prefer something personalized as I don’t care about the financial worth of an autograph.
