Hair too short to put up while playing sports!?

My hair is a bit too short to tie up in a pony- tail and in basketball we’re not allowed bobby pins or any clips. If i try to use a fabric headband it always falls off after a minute or two and I really have no time to deal with that when I’m playing in a game, I always end up throwing it to our bench :3. Any ideas?

well if it is a bit too short for a ponytail, than it can’t be that long so you would probably be fine with just leaving it down!
but if you really need to do something, you can take like a tight headband or some pro-wrap and use it as a headband to keep the hair off of your face.
or if you put the pony tail really high up on your head it might work, or if you put it into a high bun.
